Policies

Lesson Cancellation & Rescheduling: 

​1. Lesson Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • To cancel or reschedule, please get in touch with us 24 hours or more in advance.

    • If cancellation or rescheduling is required less than 24 hours before the session, the client will be charged a 20% fee of their quoted price. ​

    • If cancellation or rescheduling is done within an hour before the scheduled time, the client will be charged a 50% fee of their quoted price

  • These are non-refundable fees

2. No-Show Policy

  • If the client does not show up for their scheduled lesson, the client will be charged a 50% fee of their quoted price

​

3. Teacher Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • If for any reason the teacher must cancel or reschedule, no fees will be charged to the client

​

All fees will be charged within 2 business days of the scheduled lesson. 

Product Returns & Refunds:

​1. Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, and securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

 

2. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the item is safely returned with confirmed delivery.

 

3. Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process a refund.

  • A full refund will be issued if the item is received in good condition without any damage.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days

  • If the item is returned damaged or broken, we may be unable to issue a refund. Proper packaging and handling during return shipping are the customer's responsibility.

 

4. Broken or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a ceramic piece that arrives broken:

    • You are eligible for either:

      • A full refund.

      • A replacement piece of the same value.

      • A remade version of the original piece (subject to availability and production timelines).

  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the damaged item.

  • To process your request, we require:

    • Clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging.

    • Your order details (order number, and shipping address).

Shipping:

​1. Local Drop-Off and Pick-Up

  • We are pleased to offer free local drop-off or pick-up for customers in the Kalamazoo area. 

  • To arrange a local drop-off or pick-up, please contact us at cmmzeiler@gmail.com or 616-844-8958 to coordinate the details.

 

2. Shipping Costs 

  • All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

  • Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout or provided upon request, based on item size, weight, and destination. 

 

3. Processing Time

  • Orders will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days after payment is received.

  • For custom or made-to-order items, additional processing time may apply.

4. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
